Mine had to do with a Chase credit card - they said my payment was a day late (I dont believe them - who's to say they don't leave the mail lying around an extra day just to make everyone late? Could be why they screw up your password as well, huh?). My total for late fees and raised APRs is $400! I'm ready to go to war myself - please let me know if we can join forces! They don't send a bill..we signed up for both paper and e-mail..then charge a late fee. Bills have come with 2 days before the payment date or after and then jump the interest rate up.
